The children’s playground was renewed in 2012 when the whole park was refurbished. It is next to lots of park facilities including the Hub, the model traffic area for cycling and the paddling pool that opens in the summer months and the beautiful wildlife lake where children can see all the water birds.
It has a variety of swings, slides, a roundabout, a wooden train etc for all ages of children up to 12.
Further renovation of the main playground will take place in 2026 by 31st March.
Dogs are not allowed in the children’s playground.
