Lordship Hub are launching a new group to promote environmental sustainability in our local communities. The aim is to spread information and ideas, flag up positive examples and initiatives around us, support projects, groups and campaigns, share skills, host discussions and film shows, link in to existing green networks and so on.
Why not come along to the launch with your ideas on what can be, and needs to be done?

All Haringey’s green spaces need proper funding
Continuous Government cuts to all Councils’ budgets is a key problem leading to chronic understaffing and lack of resources for vital public services in general, and for so-called ‘non-statutory’ services (like parks) in particular.
The Haringey Friends of Parks Forum is the local umbrella body for all Haringey’s 60+ local greenspace Friends Groups. It lobbies for adequate resources for all green spaces and for good collaboration between the groups and Parks Service staff. Read more detail here:
