Hub Cafe Open Christmas Day
The Lordship Cafe will be opening Christmas Day from 10-2pm run by volunteers. There will be the usual hot drinks and cold snacks but in addition there will be the offer of FREE vegetable soup. All welcome to sit, chat and enjoy the warmth and companionship of the Hub.

Apple Day
On Sunday October 30th loads of people of all ages flocked to the Friends’ annual event celebrating apples – it included people helping make their own apple juice, doing a quiz, kids doing apple bobbing and squishing, kids crafts, longest peel contest, home made apple cakes for sale, information displays including samples of 60 different varieties of hand-picked apples!
Community football match= 11am * Drumming workshop= 12-1pm * Toddler music time= 1-1:30pm * Repair cafe run by Haringey Fixers, 12:30-3:30 (in the Hub) THROUGHOUT THE DAY: Art workshops, Face painting , Card making, Sports, Jewellery making, Crocheting tutorials & pom-pom making

13.00 – 15.00 Talks by the Luke Howard biographer, and reps from the Met Office and the Cloud Appreciation Society organised by Tottenham Clouds
15.15pm Cutting of tape to designate Lordship Rec as the UK’s first ‘Cloud Appreciation Park’ in recognition of new Luke Howard Weather Station / solar panels / clouds interpretation boards
16.00 – 18.00 Showing of legendary ‘The Age of Stupid’ climate change film, including an interview with the Director Franny Armstrong
