Reduce your costs AND your carbon emissions with FREE energy-saving, cost-saving advice from experts and peer volunteers at The Lordship Hub Community Centre (Lordship Rec N17 6NU) and Roadshow events. PLUS special Luke Howard / Clouds anniversary events. ALL sessions are FREE and EVERYONE is welcome.

Expert speakers from 11.30am-12.30pm followed by signposting advice and information-stations with local Carbon Champions
Thurs 6 Oct: SHINE representative, Terence Jeffery. Presentation plus Q&A followed by Carbon Champions peer support. SHINE helps residents at risk of fuel poverty.access support for discounts, grants, debt advice, house-doctors etc.
Thurs 3 Nov: Sustainable Haringey, presentation & Q&A: Learn about eN10ergy, clean local energy, community solar power projects and all things green in the borough
Thurs 1 Dec: Haringey Connected Communities: Stella Sumah discusses joined-up support for Haringey residents this winter and beyond. Presentation & Q&A followed by Carbon Champions Takeover.

13.00 – 15.00 Talks by the Luke Howard biographer, and reps from the Met Office and the Cloud Appreciation Society organised by Tottenham Clouds
15.15pm Cutting of tape to designate Lordship Rec as the UK’s first ‘Cloud Appreciation Park’ in recognition of new Luke Howard Weather Station / solar panels / clouds interpretation boards
16.00 – 18.00 Showing of legendary ‘The Age of Stupid’ climate change film, including an interview with the Director Franny Armstrong
