The pots will be bubbling yet again and superfoods Cooking - so come and
eat healthy fresh food. This weeks menu: Some local wild food: with our
fresh velvetty nettle soup. Red Onion Tarte Tatin, Roast potatoes,
Braised tomatoes and salad.<br>

The next Back2Earth Community Kitchen & Food Co-op after today will
be next Friday 23rd & 30th April and Saturday 24th April @ Broadwater
Farm Community Centre<br>

At the B2E Farm Café & Community Kitchen we cook and eat a variety of
delicious, affordable, healthy,fresh,seasonal,where possible
organic,local foods with food supplies for the Co-op selected from:
Hughes Organics,Norfolk; Ashlyns Farm in Essex; Perry Court Farm in Kent
- Or Langridges Organics Nine Elms, - or grown locally + Dry & Fair
Trade Goods from Community Foods and Fair Trade Groups and local whole
food wholesalers.<br>

+ Back To Earth local Community Food Growing and Green Skills Training
projects with landscaping, soil preparation and initial planting at the
Centre also continue every Tuesday plus every Wednesday on local
allotments. If you want to join in with our local community food growing,
horticulture and green skills training, volunteering or mentoring - sign
up and come along. Please let us know now. <br>

ALSO we will be holding Back2Earth Volunteer Recruitment and Induction
days for all Back2Earth Activities planned over the next few
