The logs have been felled and laying on the g= rassed area where Daffodills have established presence during the last '= x' number of years . Whilst I appreciate the Councils view that it encourag= es Bio-diversity =2C the logs may well restrict the growth of these flowers= which bring a welcome colour to the spring .
